1,350 and 2,300 litre clear PE chemical tanks are mounted on the elevated stands, and fitted with high quality suction and return hoses, and brass hydrostatic agitators. High pressure Comet and AR diaphragm and piston pumps with specifications up to 130l/min at 50 bar are powered by 3-phase motors up to 10kW with separate star-delta starters complete with isolators. Hardi Kenya’s VARISPEED option, with its advanced automatic pressure regulating features ensures instant pressure control and extended pump life. The 3-way operating unit is fitted above the suction, delivery and agitation exchange manifold. The pump, motor and control manifold are mounted on a sturdy base frame incorporating a pulley guard and hinged motor mounting providing easy access to the V- belts. Delivery hoses available includes both PVC and high quality rubber pipes rated up at 80/200 bar, mounted on hose reel trolleys or wheelbarrow, and fitted with double-ceramic nozzle spray lances.
The TR Trolley’s frame is specially designed for its strength and manoeuvrability, and has a UV resistant polyethylene tank, with a large filling aperture and filter. An in-tank suction filter provides the second phase of filtration.
The Comet AP41 diaphragm pumps is connected to either a 6 hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard petrol engine or a 3KW motor, coupled through a Direct Drive gearbox, and has a maximum output of 40 L/min at a presure of 40bar.
